Why People Change: Chaos Theory

However ignoramus one may remain, he has definitely heard of the chaos theory. This modern theory basically renders all determinism of physics as utter rubbish. Yes, all those formulae and equations turn out to be...well, just an approximation. And as being a philosopher, as I would like to become one day, I thought, why not extend it to humans ? I mean, aren't we all just singular systems bounded inside a bigger social unit. So pretty much, we are particles and the world (Earth) is our matter.

If it goes then, the obvious first remark - " Any given set of people, given at any point of time, you can only predict a set of possibilities on their decisions and not the exact one" 

This set of behaviour could be termed as a character. Now, character is a queer thing, it remains constant throughout ones life. True, it wavers a little due to traumatic experience, teenage life and what not, but altogether have we ever actually seen a person change completely ? No, what we see is only something that is already inside them waking up again. 

This further asks the question what forms character ? A child born with no intellectual stimulus develops a unique character, why unique ? Now this is something to ponder upon. It could be the culture, the language...anything. But in this study, it remains irrelevant (too complicated, better be avoided)

So, coming back to the grown up stage, human systems tend to be unstable they tend to refuse stability and repel constantness. Perhaps the reason why we love adventure so much ? Why we all love to try out new things, however small they might be. And this tends to be the reason people change. 

People don't change because they want to, people change because they have no choice. A tiny thing, a small word said, a tiny remark or anything can set of an infinite series of steps that change a person.

We all have lost someone in our lifes, and life is about this change, it is high time we realise that and continue to strive forward. For the future is to you and you alone. Regardless of the path you follow, alone or accompanied...
